• Wipe the case and bracelet with a soft microfiber cloth after wear to remove oils, dust, and fingerprints.
• Use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water and mild soap for occasional cleaning.
• Dry the watch thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth.
• Avoid bleach, chlorine, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and household cleaning products.
• Do not use polishing compounds unless specifically recommended by the watch manufacturer.
• Light surface marks may develop over time with normal wear.
• Titanium can show cosmetic marks differently than stainless steel because of its lighter weight and surface characteristics.
• Always follow the water resistance rating listed by the manufacturer for your specific watch.
• Water resistance is not permanent and can decrease over time as seals and gaskets age.
• Make sure the crown is fully pushed in or screwed down before water exposure.
• Do not operate the crown, pushers, or other controls while the watch is underwater unless the manufacturer specifically states that it is safe to do so.
• Avoid hot tubs, saunas, and very hot showers, as heat and rapid temperature changes can affect the watch seals.
• Have the water resistance checked periodically, especially after battery replacement, case opening, or service.
• Store your watch in a clean, dry place when not in use.
• Keep it separated from other jewelry or watches to help prevent scratches.

Graceful and quietly luxurious, the Junghans Meister Damen Automatic (ref. 27/3343.00) is a women's automatic watch that brings the refinement of the Meister line to a beautifully proportioned 33.1mm case. Its green dial, finished with a sunray brush, glows with depth whenever it catches the light, while diamond-cut dauphine hands and fine hour markers give it the precision of a piece of jewelry.
The polished stainless steel case follows the softly curved lines that mark every Meister, and at just 9.8mm high it slips easily beneath a cuff. Turn it over and a glass case back, retained by four screws, reveals the self-winding J840.1 caliber with its 38-hour power reserve. An anti-reflective sapphire crystal protects the dial, and the macchiato brown ostrich leather strap with a stainless steel buckle has a quick release feature, so switching to another strap takes only moments. Water resistant to 5 bar, this German ladies' watch is made to be worn and admired every day.
Junghans was founded on April 14, 1861, in Schramberg in Germany's Black Forest, when Erhard Junghans and his brother-in-law, Jakob Zeller-Tobler, set up a firm making parts for large Black Forest clocks; the first complete Junghans clocks followed in 1866. By 1903, Junghans had grown into the largest clock manufacturer in the world, and in 1918 it completed its nine-level terrace building, the Terrassenbau, which today houses the Junghans Terrassenbau Museum. Owned by the Steim family since 2009, Junghans remains based in Schramberg today.
Meister has been a reliable companion for nearly a century. Junghans began producing its own movements in the 1930s, and they became the basis of the Meister collection, launched in 1936; during the heyday of the mechanical wristwatch, the finest of the many calibers developed in Schramberg were reserved for this line. Junghans ranked among the largest chronometer makers in the world in 1956 and introduced the J83, its first automatic chronometer caliber, in 1957. The Meister Damen Automatic brings that heritage, and the softly curved case lines associated with Meister, to a size designed for women.
