Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer both standard and express shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–4 Business Days): $9.99
  • Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days): $50
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

Shipping timelines begin after processing is complete. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing Times
  • In-stock items: 1–2 business days
  • Custom or engraved pieces: Typically 1–3 business days, but processing times may vary depending on complexity. You will be notified if additional time is needed.
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time through the link provided.

Signature Requirement

To protect high-value orders:

  • Orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.
  • All other shipments may be left at the recipient’s discretion unless otherwise requested.
PO Boxes & International Shipping

We proudly ship to PO Boxes and international destinations. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local delivery charges incurred once the package arrives in the destination country.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Every order is fully insured from the moment it leaves our facility. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it becomes the customer's responsibility.
