Daily Care
• Wipe the case and bracelet with a soft microfiber cloth after wear to remove oils, dust, and fingerprints.
Cleaning
• Use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water and mild soap for occasional cleaning.
• Dry the watch thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth.
What to Avoid
• Avoid bleach, chlorine, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and household cleaning products.
• Do not use polishing compounds unless specifically recommended by the watch manufacturer.
Stainless Steel and Titanium
• Light surface marks may develop over time with normal wear.
• Titanium can show cosmetic marks differently than stainless steel because of its lighter weight and surface characteristics.
Water Resistance
• Always follow the water resistance rating listed by the manufacturer for your specific watch.
• Water resistance is not permanent and can decrease over time as seals and gaskets age.
• Make sure the crown is fully pushed in or screwed down before water exposure.
• Do not operate the crown, pushers, or other controls while the watch is underwater unless the manufacturer specifically states that it is safe to do so.
• Avoid hot tubs, saunas, and very hot showers, as heat and rapid temperature changes can affect the watch seals.
• Have the water resistance checked periodically, especially after battery replacement, case opening, or service.
Storage
• Store your watch in a clean, dry place when not in use.

Bold contrast defines the Frederique Constant Highlife Automatic COSC (ref. FC-303BBG3NH6B), a unisex Swiss automatic watch that pairs a deep black dial with warm gold-tone accents and a COSC-certified movement. The FC-303 caliber inside has passed several days of independent testing by COSC, the Swiss chronometer institute, so its accuracy is verified rather than simply promised. Silver-tipped gold-tone indexes and hand-polished hour, minute and seconds hands stand out sharply against the black brass dial, and luminous hands and markers carry that legibility into the evening.
Around the dial, a 39mm three-part stainless steel case alternates brushed and polished finishes and stays a trim 10.34mm thick. It wears on an integrated steel bracelet with a folding buckle with push buttons, and Frederique Constant adds a black nubuck leather strap to the package, so the same watch can move from a crisp, sporty look to something softer and more dressed-down. Anti-reflective sapphire crystal, 100 meters of water resistance and a self-winding movement with date and a 38-hour power reserve round out a watch that is genuinely ready for daily wear, on any wrist.

Timepiece History
Frederique Constant was founded in 1988 by Aletta and Peter Stas, an entrepreneurial couple who shared a passion for watchmaking. Headquartered in Geneva, Frederique Constant has long aimed to make high-end Swiss-made watches available at more accessible prices. In 2004, it joined the ranks of Swiss watchmakers that develop and produce their own in-house calibers, and today its Manufacture in Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva, designs, develops and assembles more than 30 in-house calibers, including tourbillon, perpetual calendar and flyback chronograph complications. Frederique Constant celebrated its 35th anniversary in 2023.
Frederique Constant first presented the Highlife in 1999 with a signature integrated strap, and from 2020 the collection returned in a new generation. An integrated case has no strap horns, which lets the watch rest naturally on the wrist but makes it harder to develop, because the case and bracelet must read as one continuous line. Two push-pins at the end of the bracelet allow the bracelet to be exchanged for leather or rubber without any tools, an idea this reference puts to work with its included nubuck leather strap.
The Highlife Automatic COSC is now also offered in a unisex 39mm case. Its chronometer certificate is awarded by COSC, an independent Swiss institute, only after several days of testing confirm that the watch keeps time within a strict ISO-based accuracy standard, the kind of precision Frederique Constant built this model to deliver day after day.
