At Elizalde Jewelry, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and secure shipping for every order. Whether you're shopping from across town or across the globe, your jewelry will be carefully packaged and insured from our hands to yours.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer both standard and express shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3ā5 Business Days):Ā $9.99 or Free for orders over $200
- UPS Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days): $14.99 or free for orders over $1000
- Expedited Shipping (Overnight):Ā $50
Shipping timelines beginĀ after processing is complete.Ā Orders are processed withinĀ 1ā2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing Times
- In-stock items:Ā 1ā2 business days
- Custom or engraved pieces:Ā Typically 1ā3 business days, but processing times may vary depending on complexity. You will be notified if additional time is needed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, youāll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time through the link provided.
Signature Requirement
To protect high-value orders:
- Orders over $1000 will require a signature upon delivery.
- All other shipments may be left at the recipientās discretion unless otherwise requested.
Temporary AccommodationsĀ
Shipments delivered to hotels, resorts, or other temporary accommodations are shipped at the customerās request and risk. Delivery is considered complete once the carrier confirms delivery to the destination address, regardless of internal handling by hotel staff. We do not guarantee acceptance, storage, security, or timely delivery of packages once received by the hotel. We are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, refusal, or misdelivery caused by hotel policies or third party handling. Customers are solely responsible for confirming correct delivery details, guest name, arrival timing, and hotel package policies prior to shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Every order is fully insured from the moment it leaves our facility. Once a package is marked as āDeliveredā by the carrier, it becomes the customer's responsibility.
