Return Policy
At Elizalde Jewelry, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our fine jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date your order is marked delivered by the carrier.
1. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, all of the following must be met:

Item is in the same condition received, unworn and unused.

All original tags, packaging, accessories, and documentation are included.

The green Elizalde Jewelry swing tag is intact and unaltered. If the tag is cut, removed, or altered, the return is void.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

Written Return Authorization has been issued by us before the item is shipped back.
Items shipped without prior authorization will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
2. How to Request a Return
Contact us at contact@elizaldejewelry.com within 7 days of delivery or by requesting a return through our website via your account orders page. The request must be received within this period to be valid. Provide your name, order number, item(s) for return, and reason. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and instructions via the email address connected to the account used to purchase the product(s).
3. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. You may use your own carrier or request a prepaid label from us. If you use our label, its cost will be deducted from the refund. Risk of loss remains with the customer until delivery is confirmed by carrier tracking as received at our designated return facility.

Return Shipping Window
- Once a return request has been approved and a Return Authorization issued, the item must be shipped by the customer within 7 calendar days. Carrier acceptance or drop off must occur within this 7 day window. If the item is not shipped within this timeframe, the Return Authorization will be void and the return will no longer be eligible.

Temporary Accommodation Disclaimer

Orders shipped to hotels, resorts, or other temporary accommodations are deemed delivered once the carrier confirms delivery to the destination address. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery confirmation. We assume no responsibility for packages that are lost, delayed, refused, mishandled, or misplaced by hotel staff or third parties. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to confirm the hotel’s package acceptance policies, fees, and procedures prior to shipment. Orders shipped to hotels are not eligible for replacement or refund due to delivery issues beyond our control. Any approved returns remain subject to standard return eligibility requirements and timeframes.

4. Restocking Fee and Non-refundable Charges
A 10 percent restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging. Original shipping, handling, gift wrap, and insurance charges are non-refundable.
5. Inspection and Approval
All returns are subject to inspection. Approval requires that eligibility requirements are met and that the item shows no signs of wear, resizing, alteration, or damage. Determinations made by Elizalde Jewelry are final. We may apply additional deductions for missing or damaged packaging, tags, or accessories.
6. Refund Method and Timeline
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or card issuer processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@elizaldejewelry.com with your name and order number.
7. Damages and Issues on Arrival
Inspect your order upon delivery. If defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Do not wear, alter, or attempt repair before contacting us.
8. Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable Items
The following are final sale and not returnable or exchangeable, except where defective on arrival:

Custom-made jewelry, including designs made to customer specifications

Engraved items

Resized rings. Our rings are cast at a standardized size 10 for Men's and size 6 for Ladies. Sizes selected above or below the standardized size are resized at the time of order and fall under this category.

Altered chains (including clasp or length modifications)

Personalized jewelry (nameplates, initials, monograms, or custom text)

Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless reported defective within 48 hours of receipt)

Final sale items or items marked “non-returnable” at purchase

Items showing any wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
9. Exchanges
Please send us an e-mail at Contact@elizaldejewelry.com with your request.
For fastest service, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order. Availability of replacement items cannot be guaranteed.
10. In Store Purchases Return and Exchange Policy
All in store purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refund, except where required by law.
Exchanges may be requested within 3 calendar days of purchase. To qualify, merchandise must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned in original condition with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Elizalde Jewelry. Items showing wear, damage, resizing, repair, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted.
Custom made, engraved, resized, altered, personalized, final sale items, and earrings are not eligible for exchange unless required by law.
Approved exchanges may be applied toward another item of equal or greater value. If replacement item has a higher price, customer is responsible for paying difference at time of exchange.
If replacement item has a lower price, any remaining balance may, subject to approval, be applied toward another in store item or issued as store credit.
Store credit issued in connection with an approved exchange is valid for 1 year from date of issuance and may not be redeemed for cash, refunded, or replaced after expiration, except where required by law.
10. European Union Right of Withdrawal
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase. Contact us to exercise this right. Return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
11. Unauthorized or Misrouted Returns
Returns sent to the wrong address, sent without authorization, or sent cash-on-delivery will be refused, returned at sender’s expense, or accepted with additional deductions for handling.
12. Policy Scope
All purchases are governed by this Return Policy, our Refund Policy, and any terms in effect at the time of purchase. In the event of a conflict between this policy and mandatory consumer protection law, the latter shall prevail. Elizalde Jewelry reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the purchase date governs that transaction.
