Stainless Steel and Titanium

Water Resistance

• Water resistance is not permanent and can decrease over time as seals and gaskets age.
• Make sure the crown is fully pushed in or screwed down before water exposure.
• Do not operate the crown, pushers, or other controls while the watch is underwater unless the manufacturer specifically states that it is safe to do so.
• Avoid hot tubs, saunas, and very hot showers, as heat and rapid temperature changes can affect the watch seals.
• Have the water resistance checked periodically, especially after battery replacement, case opening, or service.

Storage

It does not cover normal wear, breakage, accidental damage, loss, theft, stone loss, repairs, alterations, or damage caused by improper care. Manufacturer watch warranties remain subject to the individual terms and conditions established by each brand.

• United States: Delivery is available to eligible residential, commercial, and P.O. box addresses where supported by the selected carrier.

• International Shipping: International delivery is not available at this time.

Certain locations or delivery methods may require additional transit time. Shipping availability may also vary based on carrier restrictions, order value, or product type.

Delivery Partners

• Standard Shipping: Estimated 3 to 4 business days.

• Express Shipping: Estimated 1 to 2 business days.

• Complimentary Shipping: Available on qualifying orders over $200.

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Custom jewelry may require approximately 1 to 3 business days of processing. Preorder items are subject to the estimated availability shown on the product page.

Security & Signature

Signature Required: Orders valued above $500 require a signature upon delivery.

Insured Shipping: Every order is insured while in transit to the delivery address.

Tracking: Tracking information is provided by email once the order has been prepared for shipment.

Delivery Responsibility: Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

We strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery address where someone is available to receive high value orders.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible online purchases must have a return requested within 7 calendar days of the carrier marked delivery date.

• Return Authorization: A written Return Authorization is required before any item is shipped back.

• Condition: Merchandise must remain unworn and unused with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

• Elizalde Tag: The green Elizalde Jewelers swing tag must remain attached and unaltered.

• Restocking Fee: Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance.

• Exchanges: Exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee, although applicable shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Custom, engraved, resized, or otherwise modified merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Documentation: Photos of the merchandise, packaging, and shipping label may be required.

• Item Condition: Please do not wear, alter, repair, or otherwise modify the item before contacting us.

• Reporting Window: Claims submitted after the 48 hour reporting period may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
