Daily Care
• Wipe the case and bracelet with a soft microfiber cloth after wear to remove oils, dust, and fingerprints.
Cleaning
• Use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water and mild soap for occasional cleaning.
• Dry the watch thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth.
What to Avoid
• Avoid bleach, chlorine, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and household cleaning products.
• Do not use polishing compounds unless specifically recommended by the watch manufacturer.
Stainless Steel and Titanium
• Light surface marks may develop over time with normal wear.
• Titanium can show cosmetic marks differently than stainless steel because of its lighter weight and surface characteristics.
Water Resistance
• Always follow the water resistance rating listed by the manufacturer for your specific watch.
• Water resistance is not permanent and can decrease over time as seals and gaskets age.
• Make sure the crown is fully pushed in or screwed down before water exposure.
• Do not operate the crown, pushers, or other controls while the watch is underwater unless the manufacturer specifically states that it is safe to do so.
• Avoid hot tubs, saunas, and very hot showers, as heat and rapid temperature changes can affect the watch seals.
• Have the water resistance checked periodically, especially after battery replacement, case opening, or service.

Accutron Spaceview Evolution - 26A210
If you're fascinated by watches that do something truly different, the Accutron Spaceview Evolution (ref. 26A210) is one of the most original timepieces you can wear. It runs on the NS30, Accutron's in-house electrostatic movement: as you move, twin turbines spin between two electrodes and generate an electrostatic charge, which is stored and used to drive two motors, an electrostatic motor for the smooth sweeping seconds hand and a stepper motor for the hours and minutes. Integrated circuits keep the two in sync for accuracy rated at plus or minus five seconds a month, and if you set the watch down, a power-saving mode parks the seconds hand at 12 after five minutes while the hours and minutes keep running. A swing of the wrist brings it right back.
This electrostatic watch builds on the Spaceview 2020 with a movement rotated 30 degrees, tilting the turbines into view and moving the crown to 2 o'clock. Under a domed double box sapphire crystal, the smoke grey open-work dial is framed by metal rings with light green Super-LumiNova markers, while knurled bridges with contrasting blue and black screws and silver-tone hands with luminous centers complete the display. The 43.5mm polished stainless steel case carries the Accutron logo and a turbine design on its case back, and a matte black genuine American alligator strap with a double-press fold-over clasp keeps the look dressy. With 50 meters of water resistance, it's ready for still-water swimming.

Timepiece History
Bulova introduced the Accutron in 1960, the first watch to replace the traditional balance wheel with a battery-powered tuning fork vibrating 360 times per second. Its precision made it the first wristwatch accurate enough for official U.S. railroad use, and the open-dial Spaceview, widely said to have begun as a display model for jewelers, became the design most closely associated with the Accutron.
Sixty years later, in 2020, Accutron revived the Spaceview as the Spaceview 2020, powered by a new electrostatic movement that Accutron presents as a world first for timekeeping, along with the electrostatic motor that drives its seconds hand.
The Spaceview Evolution followed in the summer of 2023 as a design progression of the Spaceview 2020. It keeps the 2020's case but rotates the movement 30 degrees, tilting the turbines and moving the crown to 2 o'clock, and adds knurled bridgework with contrasting screws.
