• Wipe the case and bracelet with a soft microfiber cloth after wear to remove oils, dust, and fingerprints.
• Use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water and mild soap for occasional cleaning.
• Dry the watch thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth.
• Avoid bleach, chlorine, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and household cleaning products.
• Do not use polishing compounds unless specifically recommended by the watch manufacturer.
• Light surface marks may develop over time with normal wear.
• Titanium can show cosmetic marks differently than stainless steel because of its lighter weight and surface characteristics.
• Always follow the water resistance rating listed by the manufacturer for your specific watch.
• Water resistance is not permanent and can decrease over time as seals and gaskets age.
• Make sure the crown is fully pushed in or screwed down before water exposure.
• Do not operate the crown, pushers, or other controls while the watch is underwater unless the manufacturer specifically states that it is safe to do so.
• Avoid hot tubs, saunas, and very hot showers, as heat and rapid temperature changes can affect the watch seals.
• Have the water resistance checked periodically, especially after battery replacement, case opening, or service.
• Store your watch in a clean, dry place when not in use.
• Keep it separated from other jewelry or watches to help prevent scratches.

Compact, refined and certified for accuracy, the Frederique Constant Highlife Automatic COSC (ref. FC-303BL3NH6B) brings Swiss automatic chronometer precision to a new unisex 39mm case size. Inside beats the FC-303 self-winding caliber, certified by COSC, the independent Swiss institute that tests a watch over several days before confirming its accuracy. The blue brass dial is a study in contrast, with silver-tipped gold-tone indexes catching the light around hand-polished hour, minute and seconds hands.
The three-part stainless steel case is brushed and polished and measures a slim 10.34mm, so it slips easily under a cuff and suits smaller and larger wrists alike. Its integrated steel bracelet closes with a folding buckle with push buttons, and an additional navy rubber strap comes in the box for weekends, the beach or the gym. Anti-reflective sapphire crystal keeps glare to a minimum, 100 meters of water resistance means swims and showers are no concern, and the automatic movement delivers hours, minutes, seconds and date with a 38-hour power reserve. This is everyday Swiss watchmaking scaled for anyone who prefers a more tailored fit.
Frederique Constant was founded in 1988 by Aletta and Peter Stas, an entrepreneurial couple who shared a passion for watchmaking. Headquartered in Geneva, Frederique Constant has long aimed to make high-end Swiss-made watches available at more accessible prices. In 2004, it joined the ranks of Swiss watchmakers that develop and produce their own in-house calibers, and today its Manufacture in Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva, designs, develops and assembles more than 30 in-house calibers, including tourbillon, perpetual calendar and flyback chronograph complications. Frederique Constant celebrated its 35th anniversary in 2023.
The Highlife story began in 1999, when Frederique Constant launched its first models defined by an integrated strap, and the collection has been revived since 2020. Creating a case without strap horns is more demanding, since the lines of the case and bracelet have to flow together, but the reward is a watch that settles naturally on the wrist. Two push-pins at the end of the bracelet make it possible to change between steel, leather and rubber straps without tools, and the newer models are fitted with sapphire crystals that carry anti-reflective coating on both sides.
With this reference, the Highlife Automatic COSC arrives in a new unisex 39mm case size. Its COSC certificate comes from an independent Swiss body that issues it to only a small share of watches, after several days of testing show accurate timekeeping within a strict ISO standard, making this a natural choice for collectors who value precision.
