• Wipe the case and bracelet with a soft microfiber cloth after wear to remove oils, dust, and fingerprints.
• Use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water and mild soap for occasional cleaning.
• Dry the watch thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth.
• Avoid bleach, chlorine, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and household cleaning products.
• Do not use polishing compounds unless specifically recommended by the watch manufacturer.
• Light surface marks may develop over time with normal wear.
• Titanium can show cosmetic marks differently than stainless steel because of its lighter weight and surface characteristics.
• Always follow the water resistance rating listed by the manufacturer for your specific watch.
• Water resistance is not permanent and can decrease over time as seals and gaskets age.
• Make sure the crown is fully pushed in or screwed down before water exposure.
• Do not operate the crown, pushers, or other controls while the watch is underwater unless the manufacturer specifically states that it is safe to do so.
• Avoid hot tubs, saunas, and very hot showers, as heat and rapid temperature changes can affect the watch seals.
• Have the water resistance checked periodically, especially after battery replacement, case opening, or service.
• Store your watch in a clean, dry place when not in use.
• Keep it separated from other jewelry or watches to help prevent scratches.

Three complications, a single crown and genuine Geneva craftsmanship come together in the Frederique Constant Manufacture Classic Power Reserve Big Date (ref. FC-735S3H6), a Swiss automatic watch with a sun-brushed silver dial in a polished 40mm stainless steel case. Between 2 and 3 o'clock, an encircled double window shows the big date in tens and units. At 9 o'clock, a slender hand travels an arc marked 0 to 50 and slips into a red zone when it's time to wind. At 6 o'clock, the moon phase glides across a starry blue background that stands out beautifully against the silver dial.
Driving it all is the FC-735, Frederique Constant's 31st in-house caliber and the first from the Manufacture to combine a big date, a moon phase and a power reserve indicator, with 50 hours of autonomy. Everything, from setting the time and winding to adjusting all three complications, is handled through the crown at 3 o'clock, so there are no pushers or correctors to fuss with, which makes this an easy complication to enjoy every day. Diamond-faceted, hand-polished hour markers and hands, an open case back that puts the automatic movement on display, anti-reflective sapphire crystal and a blue alligator strap with a push-button folding buckle round out a watch that feels special every time you check the date.
Frederique Constant was founded in 1988 by Aletta and Peter Stas, an entrepreneurial couple who shared a passion for watchmaking. Headquartered in Geneva, Frederique Constant has long aimed to make high-end Swiss-made watches available at more accessible prices. In 2004, it joined the ranks of Swiss watchmakers that develop and produce their own in-house calibers, and today its Manufacture in Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva, designs, develops and assembles more than 30 in-house calibers, including tourbillon, perpetual calendar and flyback chronograph complications. Frederique Constant celebrated its 35th anniversary in 2023.
Frederique Constant's thirty-first Manufacture caliber, the FC-735, arrived in its 35th anniversary year as the first Frederique Constant caliber to offer a big date, a moon phase and a power reserve indicator together. This silver-dial steel model belongs to the non-limited part of the collection, and like every version it is set entirely through the crown, so it asks no special horological skills of its owner.
