Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer both standard and express shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (3–4 Business Days): $9.99
• Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days): $50
• Free Shipping: Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

Shipping timelines begin after processing is complete. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing Times

• In-stock items: 1–2 business days
• Custom or engraved pieces: Typically 1–3 business days, but processing times may vary depending on complexity. You will be notified if additional time is needed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time through the link provided.

Signature Requirement

To protect high-value orders:

• Orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.
• All other shipments may be left at the recipient’s discretion unless otherwise requested.

PO Boxes & International Shipping

We proudly ship to PO Boxes and international destinations. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local delivery charges incurred once the package arrives in the destination country.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Every order is fully insured from the moment it leaves our facility. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it becomes the customer's responsibility.

If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please reach out to us at contact@elizaldejewelry.com. While we cannot guarantee replacements in all cases, we will do everything in our power to work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.

At Elizalde Jewelry, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our fine jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygiene, personalization, and integrity reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

• Custom-made jewelry, including pieces designed to order or made specifically to customer specifications
• Engraved items, regardless of size or content of engraving
• Resized rings or altered chains, including any length, clasp, or setting modifications requested before shipment
• Personalized jewelry, such as nameplates, initial pendants, monograms, or any item featuring custom text or initials
• Earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless defective upon arrival
• Final sale items or pieces marked as "non-returnable" at time of purchase
• Items that show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery

Exchanges

The most efficient way to receive your desired item is to first return your original purchase. If the item meets our return criteria and your return is approved, you may then place a new order for the replacement item as a separate transaction. This ensures availability and timely processing of your preferred selection.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@elizaldejewelry.com with your name, original order number, and any other relevant information regarding your return.
