14K Tri-Color Gold Small Baptism Medallion

Daily Care

• Wipe your jewelry gently with a soft microfiber cloth after wear to remove oils, lotions, fingerprints, and surface residue.

Cleaning

• Clean gold jewelry occasionally with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth or soft bristled brush.
• Rinse thoroughly and dry completely with a clean, soft cloth before storing or wearing.

What to Avoid

• Avoid bleach, chlorine, household cleaners, harsh chemicals, and abrasive products.
• Remove jewelry before swimming, cleaning, exercising, or using products that may contain strong chemicals.
• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, hairsprays, lotions, and cosmetics whenever possible.

Gold and Gemstones

• Gold is a naturally soft precious metal and may develop light scratches, surface marks, or small changes in finish with normal wear.
• Take extra care with pieces featuring gemstones, pavé settings, delicate prongs, or intricate details.
• Avoid pulling, bending, or applying unnecessary pressure to chains, clasps, prongs, and settings.

Water Exposure

• Remove gold jewelry before entering pools, hot tubs, or chlorinated water.
• Repeated exposure to chlorine and other chemicals can weaken or damage gold alloys over time.
• We also recommend removing jewelry before showering to help prevent buildup from soaps, shampoos, and other products.

Storage

• Store jewelry in a clean, dry place when not in use.
• Keep individual pieces separated to help prevent scratching, tangling, and contact damage.
• Use the original jewelry box, pouch, or another soft lined compartment whenever possible.

Periodic Inspection

• Check clasps, prongs, settings, and links periodically for signs of wear or looseness.
• If a stone feels loose or a component appears damaged, stop wearing the piece until it can be professionally inspected.
